Media Specialist, Commercial Spaceflight Federation
Kellie Gerardi is a space science strategist who has worked with a number of private organizations and government agencies to accelerate and communicate the progress of the commercial spaceflight industry. She currently serves as the Media Specialist of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, the US trade association of leading commercial spaceflight companies. Previously, Kellie led Business Development at Masten Space Systems, a rocket technology and flight services company. Kellie is an active member of The Explorers Club and recently led a flag expedition to the Mars Desert Research Station, a prototype laboratory used by a variety of national space agencies and scientists to conduct analog Martian field research and simulate long-duration spaceflight. An avid science communicator, Kellie has appeared across a broad range of media and television. In 2015, Dutch non-profit named Kellie among its "Mars 100" candidates for a proposed future journey to settle Mars.
